Fill in the Registration Form on the website with all the necessary details and then send it to us by pressing "send" on the bottom of the page. Once a booking has been made, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. In case you don't receive a confirmation within 3 working day, please contact our office.
In case you do not make the bank transfer within 4 working days, your registration will automatically be cancelled again.

We accept credit cards (more information please find on the registration form)
Payment can be made as well via bank transfer (see details on registration form).
All bank charges will be at clients own account and will be collected if necessary upon arrival. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation, by e-mail, as soon as your money has been credited to the Event account.

Proof of citizenship, passports and visas. All information should be confirmed with the appropriate government consulate or tourist office prior to departure. Gady Gronich shall not be responsible if boarding or entry is denied or if cancellation fees and/or additional expenses are incurred because of your failure to provide required travel documents.

The rates are per person and quoted in Euro. Bank transfers will be made in Euro. Rates do not include transportation to and from the hotel or travel insurance.

We do recommend each participants to close a travel insurance. More info. To this please ask at your travel agency .

Gady Gronich reserves the right to reject registrations without further explanation. As well as to expulse participants if their conduct constitutes a disturbance of public order or other guests, provided Gady Gronich events or the Hotel notifies the Client thereof in writing and there is a repeat of such disturbance by that guest. The guest/participants will receive a partial refund (for unused days) and will have to leave the hotel. no refund for flight tickets will be made by Gady Gronich

You are not obligated to participate in activities. Sports and similar activities intrinsically involve risk of physical injury greater than that encountered in daily life. When you participate in sports and other activities and use the Hotels' facilities at your Vacation destination, you do so at your own risk. You must exercise all necessary care and caution, having regard to the nature of the activity, the terrain, location, climate, co-participants or other circumstances.

Therefore, Gady Gronich is not liable for any injury, illness, property damage, loss of work or vacation time resulting from:

a) your participation in any sport or activity or use of any facility at the destination, whether due to negligence or fault on the part of Gady Gronich, other vacationers or third parties;
b) cancellations of or changes in itinerary or schedules by Gady Gronich or by suppliers of services;
c) breakdown of any vehicle or equipment, strikes, thefts or negligence of any supplier of services;
d) negligence of any air, water or land carrier who supplies transportation or of others who provide related services; or for consequential, indirect or additional expenses you may incur.
e) With your registration to any of the Gady Gronich events parties or tripsyou automatically agree to have your picture published – taken during the event - on Gady Gronich website.
f) Every participant will receive a photo ID card with his picture for security reasons. Without this ID pass Gady Gronich staff has the right to deny access to all meals and activities

Gady Gronich reserve the right to withdraw or modify tours, itineraries, specific programs, sports activities or facilities at any time and without notice, without your being entitled to any compensation.

No refund will be given in whole or in part for unused days resulting from your late arrival or early departure.

We, Gady Gronich and with or without any other partner , are the host for this week. We do not own, manage, control or operate any transportation vehicle, hotel, restaurant or other supplier of services.

You arrange your own transportation to the event / hotel , you alone are responsible for your arrangements and all matters connected to your transportation.

Gady Gronich is not responsible for the loss, theft, damage or delay of participants' belongings. The liability is with the direct air carrier for loss, theft, damage or delay.

When registering for the event you automatically accept that Gady Gronich has the right to publish photos taken during the event.
